  • The investment towards supplementation depends on the individual. There may be specific lifestyle, pragmatic or healthful reasons why someone would need to purchase supplements. An individuals supplement set may vary, and so too will the purchases behind that.

  • This varies person to person. Ultimately, my aim is too educate and empower the individual to be able to become more self sufficient in their nutritional choices and decision making. This means developing the knowledge of how to select foods, as well as becoming better at self regulating their intake. That said, if a meal plan is required, for specific reasons then that can be arranged.

  • Gathering blood chemistry stand out as the most comprehensive and scientifically validated option available today. The assessment offers in-depth information, proven accuracy, and consistent reliability.

  • No you do not need to bring anything, everything can be discussed within the session. However, if you have blood results, food diaries or anything else that may be useful, it can be uploaded upon booking.

  • Online consults are done over Zoom.
    Zoom is easy and quick to set up, even if you have not used it before.

  • No, everybody is welcome. If you suspect that nutrition could be helpful for your situation, that's what matters.
